Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a Staffing Consultant located in Gurgaon, HR, India.

Job Responsibilities:

You will seek out niche talent within the accounting, finance, treasury and tax domain and see them through the entire hiring process from start to finish.
Guide/advise candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial interviews to successful placements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

Proven track record of success within the recruiting & staffing industry
Ideally 5+ years of experience running a recruitment desk
Eagerness to hit the ground running & specialize within a niche market
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written & face to face)
Entrepreneurial Mindset

To excel in this role, you will need to be a self-starter who is ready to perform from your first day. You will need to learn on your feet and be adaptable as you also bring ideas and suggestions.
